Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. contact your customs offices for more information.

RETURNS
Dysfunct WANT you to LOVE the purchases that you make. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You can return any item at your own cost for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the online sale.
Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and are returned back to us in their original condition. This requires items to be unworn, unwashed, complete with original swing tag and packaging. Your return must also include the original Dysfunct sales receipt and returns slip filled out. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
Sale or discount items can only be returned if faulty.
Refunds will be made to the card used for your purchase.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team WITH AN UPDATE.
If you have purchased an item and you are not happy (wrong size, wrong colour etc) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit. If you're after an item exchanged please email us at customer@dysfunct.com.au to reserve another item and obtain a returns slip. Please note however we may not be able to reserve the same item due to unavailable stock.
Damaged, altered, dirty or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded. Hats must be sent back inside a box to ensure the item is not squashed or damaged in transit.
Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are only refunded if the item is faulty or if the item you received does not match your order.
Dysfunct takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned.
